AluLux Range – SCHLENK
UV-curing systems continue to gain ground over traditional systems and are expected to keep growing in the coming years thanks to their numerous advantages, ranging from reducing or eliminating VOC content to delivering outstanding final film properties through complete curing.
SCHLENK offers a new range of aluminium pigments specifically developed to be compatible with UV systems while maintaining the desired metallic effect:
- AluLux powder for solvent-free and solvent-based systems (100%)
Powder pigments with an inorganic surface treatment that increases chemical resistance and makes them compatible with all UV system components (such as acrylates), while maintaining storage stability.
- AluLux pastes for water-based systems
– Water-based pastes with an organophosphorus surface treatment, providing excellent resistance to gassing and good storage stability.
– Butylene glycol pastes (60%) with an inorganic surface treatment that increases chemical resistance and provides good storage stability.
