Alterkem Acquisition – KADION
We are pleased to announce that KADION has successfully completed the acquisition of the French company ALTERKEM, which has more than 20 years of experience as a distributor of chemical products from internationally recognised suppliers.
With this acquisition, completed on 27 July 2018, we are strengthening our strategic position in Southern Europe with the intention of continuing to grow as a company and achieving our objective of becoming one of Europe’s leading groups in the distribution of specialty chemicals.
Today we are taking another step in that direction by pursuing a strategy of geographical diversification that will strengthen our operations and enable us to respond to the increasingly dynamic environment and the ever-growing challenges we face.
