However, these formulations often have longer drying times and lower chemical and corrosion resistance.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>So, how can these properties be better balanced?<br\/><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Using a dispersant specifically designed for high-solids formulations can make a significant difference. Even better results can be achieved when the carrier solvent has been highly refined and hydrogen-treated to convert aromatic compounds into cycloparaffins, resulting in very low aromatic content and low odour (Shellsol\u2122 D40), helping to reduce VOC levels.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Solsperse\u2122 11200 has been specifically developed for this purpose.
