In KADION we have a comprehensive service of chemicals and pigments for the plastics industry, being able to adapt to all kinds of requirements thanks to our wide variety of available solutions.

We develop color concentrates and additives in any polymeric base, according to the customer’s needs and requirements. We work, among others, with PE, PP, PET, PVC, EVA, PA, POM or PC bases.

Masterbach

Concentrated mixture of pigments or additives dispersed in a carrier resin in the form of pellets. PIGMENT, DISPERSANT, UV/HALS/ANTIOX FILTERS

Gel Coat

Component used to provide a high-quality finish on the surface of a composite material with glass fiber reinforcement. Among the most common, it is made with epoxy or unsaturated polyester resins.

PVC profileria

Temperature resistant pigments are used. Kadion offers pigments, dispersants, antioxidants, UC, and HALS filters.

COMPOUNDING: SMC, BMC & PULTRUSION

SMC/BMC is a compounding method in which polyester is mixed with fiberglass and then molded to make parts. The working temperatures are high, so only highly temperature resistant materials will be suitable. At Kadion we have additives such as dispersants, wetting agents, antioxidants, UV filters, HALS, and deaerators.

Our products are characterized by passing strict safety controls to guarantee their quality, in addition to having all the necessary certifications.
